The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely bathroom with heated floors and a free-standing bath. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Porthleven, and the staff treated us wonderfully, even leaving a welcome package of local produce.
The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options available.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring Cornwall. We were able to visit several beautiful places like Praa Sands, Porthlevan, St Ives, Kynance Cove, and Gwithian Beach without having to travel too far. It was so convenient! Additionally, the house itself was extremely comfortable. The fireplace and kitchen hardware were top-notch, making our stay cozy and enjoyable. And let's not forget about the stunning garden! It added a touch of beauty and tranquility to our holiday experience.
We did have a few issues during our stay. First, parking was a bit of a challenge.

The cottage itself was beautifully renovated with high-quality fixtures and fittings. We were welcomed with a thoughtful gesture of local produce, including milk, bread, eggs, butter. The accommodation was cozy and warm, thanks to the efficient wall heaters. The main bedroom was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath was a luxurious touch. The village of Helston was a quiet and charming place to explore, with an old church and graveyard adding to its character. The location was also perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still close to essential shops in Helston. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Old Sunday School.
Parking was a bit of an issue, requiring us to park on the road nearby or the church car park. Additionally, the lack of a rear garden was a slight drawback.

We arrived at the charming Old Sunday School to find a delightful surprise awaiting us - a welcome package of locally sourced goodies including fresh milk, bread, eggs, butter, and even chocolate. The thoughtful touch made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. The cottage itself was incredibly cosy, with wall heaters that quickly warmed up the space, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the lounge area, although lacking a window, had a contemporary feel with lovely furniture and decor. The main bedroom was beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a pristine ensuite bathroom with a luxurious free-standing bath. The heated towel rail and high-quality linen and towels added an extra touch of luxury. We appreciated the fast broadband and the ability to stream our favorite shows and movies on Netflix. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore both the north and south coast as well as the Lizard Peninsula in under half an hour's drive. our experience at the Old Sunday School was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to others.
